Interiors

As both requested & promised here are some photos of inside the university. Starting with the lecture theatre where we were formally welcomed to the school and the city.

The building was so enchanting that I found myself drifting off into the ceiling and examining the wall tiles more than listening to the speeches! One thing that was impossible to ignore was the cheesiest video ever about Gothenburg and how once you come you never want to leave. It was an assault of cheerleaders and festivals and sunshine and song which made me chuckle into my scarf. (noone around me seemed so amused!) The more time I spend here the more I can see why people come and don't leave, I love this city but if I'm sure of one thing, it's that I will definitely go home. For one thing cheese is very expensive here and well I do really like cheese!








The light fittings in both of those shots really bother me but I started to feel like a crazy tourist when everyone was either socializing or leaving! Perhaps I'll go back and see if they leave it unlocked when there is nothing going on.
