It's funny adjusting to having a really basic kitchen, I'm not really here long enough to justify buying too much so this morning I had pancakes made without a whisk, scales or even a bowl. I even picked up some leeks and was dreaming of hearty leek and potato soup on a snowy day but had obviously momentarily forgotten about the lack of bowls. So I guess they will end up being creamy sauteed leeks instead!
