Hello Goteborg

There are probably about a hundred important things I could be doing right now to prepare but instead my empty stomach and need to procrastinate are winning the day and I'm finding some lovely eateries for when I arrive.

First find is Smaka, and apparently they claim to have the best meatballs around! I wonder if I'll try them over something more exciting like the Elk Stew! and a swedish cheeseboard sounds like a good plan to me. On a student budget the prices aren't that cheap but everything on the menu looks and sounds delicious. This place will probably be one I save for a treat when I have visitors!

Hemma Hos is another place I've come accross and as far as I can tell the concept is sort of a Swedish version of Tapas. They describe their plates as side-dished sized and invite you take 1,2 or 5! again everything here sounds yummy but that may be because I'm hungry! Who wouldn't have room for chocolate truffles with pistachio to finish?

At this rate I'm going to need to start a seperate blog dedicated to food!
